For this reason, USPS has taken the decision to stop sending packages to the country for the time being. USPS will temporarily suspend some international services to Australia. With the recent easing of social distancing rules, we continue to operate in accordance with the government's health and safety advice and are committed to playing our part in controlling the spread of coronavirus.
As a responsible retailer, we have taken all necessary measures to ensure our storage and handling of our inventory and workspace for our online store is safe, hygienic environments for everyone. The health and safety of our team, customers and the community will always be our first priority.
We have implemented the following measures to ensure customers feel comfortable shopping in our stores:
Cleaning more frequently - we have increased our cleaning and hygiene program to ensure our stores are safe for you.
Limiting our services - including pausing our loan and hiring services for photoshoots and other to a maximum of 5 items per loan, loan requests must be submitted 7 days or more prior to the photoshoot or event the items are needed for, safe handling of our product must be within government health and safety regulations and limiting our visits to the post office for shipping to once a week on Wednesdays to minimise contact as some countries have closed their borders to international mail, and all countries are experiencing severe delays to postal services at this time.
